Here are some of the transactions we have put together and successfully closed.

Since June 2012, Devon Wegner been a successful real estate entrepreneur focusing on acquisitions and management of a growing real estate portfolio.  To date, transactions closed has totaled over $13,500,000 in acquisitions and in excess of $3,800,000 in new leases. Devon has been the lead on each of these acquistions below and retains ownership in each one, either as the sole member or managing member as follows:

Medical Office Building in Norfolk, NE

Finalized transaction of 16,500 square foot medical office building in Norfolk, NE in which 3 clinics currently lease the premises. Transaction required assignment of purchase agreement and negotiations between 3 parties to close deal on favorable terms to all parties.

Office Space Acquired and Leased to Zillow

Closed on 14,400 square feet of office space in two buildings and negotiated new 5 year leases with publicly traded online real estate company, Zillow.

First Spec Home Built

Completed first spec house in partnership with JR Premier Designs.

Creamery Building Acquisition

Led the acquisition of the historic Creamery Building’s 3 commercial units totaling 33,000 square foot, located in the Haymarket District of Lincoln. As the Managing Member of The Creamery Building, LLC, he operates and manages the buildings day to day activities as well as all leasing responsibilities. Completed partial redevelopment of basement into rentable space for the expansion of an existing tenant, Ivanna Cone.

Office, Industrial & Flex Space in South Lincoln

Purchased 35,000 square foot of office, industrial/flex space in south Lincoln which is home to Briggs, Inc. and American HomePatient’s Lincoln headquarters. Also included in this purchase was Cushman Drive Self Storage, a 93 unit self storage facility that he personally manages. From date of purchase storage unit revenue up over 100% as occupancy went from 35% to 90% within 1 year.
